Seth was a good man with a big heart and a passion for life. - Richard Carter
I think my heart may be broken. I will miss him terribly and I can't even begin to express the sadness I feel for his family and for all of us. That I'll never hear him play harmonica, or his drawl or see his beautiful smile again.... - Shana Priest-Hampton
Thank you for your thoughts and prayers for our family and Seth. We all know that he is playing his harmonica in heaven with the angels, making beautiful music for us to hear for the rest of our lives. Seth, we love you forever and remember your incredible smile and outgoing personality. God Bless everyone in this difficult time in our lives. NCCS(SW)/Retired Tim and Shirley Balsley
"...and when he shall die, Take him and cut him out in little stars, And he will make the face of heaven so fine, That all the world will be in love with night, And pay no worship to the garish sun,"
